The price is a little higher but it worth it because for this one heat goes away at top but i cover it with blanket so it works totally fine for me. Also i agree with the rest of the comments that it might be not big enough for bigger feet than mine 37, so please think about it when you purchase.

I bought it well at a low price. Even though it's not scorching hot, it definitely blocks the warmth and feels warm. I'm not going to use this for hot compresses, so I'm quite satisfied. However, it was disappointing that the heat transfer wasn't good on the instep area. Since I bought several, I'm using two stacked together and this is great haha.
